Based on the theories of Value Chain, Service Value Chain, Virtual Value Chain and Value Net, the paper analyses the value chain of Real Estate Company. So as to seek after the ways of how to integrate the resources of the Real Estate Company and how to strengthen the competitive advantage of Real Estate Company.Firstly, the paper emphasizes the importance of the value chain. Then we review Michel Porter's theory of Value Chain and the concerned theories of value in the second part of the paper. The third part of the paper establishes the model of Real Estate Company value chain combined with the operating process of real estate. Meanwhile we distinguish the value activities and the connections that exist inside and outside of the real estate value chain.Combining with the case of successful company such as ShenZhen Vanke, the paper puts forward four strategies of how to optimize the Value Chain of Real Estate Company. They are property management's participation in earlier stage, outsourcing, strategic alliance and Information Technology (IT) respectively.In the future, the value chain of Real Estate Company will inevitability transform into virtual value chain and value net by the influence of IT. The corporate must train more and more excellent employees to execute strategies.
