This paper analyzed the current trend and situation of the tobacco industry, researched the methodologies of improving cigarette quality by applying Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) theory, and proved that the classification of treatment in batches process technique can improve the cigarette quality efficiently. The main work are as follows:Different tobacco has its own characteristics to the processing. This paper presents the idea that defining proper process technique is the key issue to improve the cigarette quality. It analyzed the organoleptic quality changing trend of the different tobacco materials during the primary working procedure.This paper focused on the research of the differences between the air drying process and thin board drying process techniques and their applications; further discussed the grading processing technique and its implementation; proposed three grading process patterns.It studied tobacco visual quality after the new process pattern and the chemical module recognizable tobacco classification.The application of the classification of treatment in batches process technique demonstrated that it can improve the product quality, reduce the overall cost, and improve the product competes the ability. |
