Being the author, I am trying to do a rough research to the logistics modernization of Beiyou Oil Field Co.Following research method is used, I begin with the present logistics situation of Beiyou Oil Field Co.( for the reason of security, I change the real name and number of relative City, Enterprise, and Data.), take the internal relation between modern logistics and Beiyou Oil Field Co. as the base, make use of my understanding got from my six year work in petroleum industry, provide the rough idea about the modern logistics development of Beiyou Oil Field Co. from the following 5 steps: 1. Present situation of logistics 2.Developing modern logistics is the soul selection to the sustainable development of Beiyou Oil Field Co. 3. Beiyou Oil Field C.o has got the condition to develop modern logistics. 4. Disadvantage of Beiyou Oil Field Co. to develop modem logistics. 5. Push the modern logistics of Beiyou Oil Field Co. to grow fast.I analyze and expound the condition that Beiyou Oil Field Co. got for developing modern logistics, and the method how to push it growing fast. Conclusion is made after analysis, it is suggested Beiyou Oil Field Co. should base on present resources,,increase the management ability of modern logistics, then absorb more capitals and reorganize the useful logistics resources step by step after it has a certain strength on the logistics management ability and brand influence. At last Beiyou Oil Field Co. will become stronger enough to cooperate with some famous logistics enterprises in the wide ofnational and international, be taken as a indispensable point to form whole world logistics network, provide strong supporting to Beiyou district becoming the modern logistics center of northeast China. At the same time, it is my sincere hope that this research can provide some new ideas to the revolution of Chinese petroleum supply chain.
