Chain-running is the necessity results of market economy. For its scale benefits, chain-running can greatly decrease the unit commodities' stock costs and play an important role in attracting consumers and enlarging commodities market shares. At the same time, it's also an efficient approach in enlisting international market competition. But nowadays, comparing to developed countries, there is an obvious gap in communication, logistics technology, DC areas and so on. So it is necessary to improve the distribution technique level of our Chain-running supermarkets. On the basis of the research result of logistics distribution status quo at home and abroad, I bring forward my own opinions.This thesis firstly discusses the advantages of chain-running, Then emphasizes on researching methods with regard to realize distribution modernization. Taking example for Hualian supermarket, the thesis also builds an model about vehicles optimized attemperation to enhance the DC dispatch efficiency and economy benefits. Finally this thesis brings forward some suggestion on how to quicken our chain-running supermarkets development.
