Since 1960s,with the surging of the economic globalization,FDI have been largely processing,which notably affect the world-economy.As the further development of FDI,that of developing country to developed country and the FDI between two developing countries are booming. The amount of it from Asia's developing countries is up to 81,000 million Us dollar in 2001 .FDI is playing a more and more important role in the developing country's economy,which is being the basic way in the process of economic globalization by which every country rely on and assosiate with each other,and also it's being important consist of international competitiom.After more than 20-year's reforming and opening ,the calibre of our country's economic globalization has been improved largely.The incerposition of 'walk-out' opening strategy means that the policy of utilizing foreign capital is turning to see foreign capital and FDI as parallel important.Nowadays,the FDI of our country has been improved largely,and the multinational amount of our country is more and more,whose strength is stronger and stronger.But for many reasons,the FDI practice of our country is still in the phase of elementry development,for which there are many problems to resolve to accelerate the evolution of our county's FDI,such as,how can we 'walk out',and to where can we go ,and which industry can be overseas direct invested etc.Consequently I write this paper to study these problems.This dissertation examines the current situation and problems of China's FDI,and analyzes the effect of China's FDI on China's economy to argument the important meaning of developing overseas direct invest .At last,I propose strategies of developing China's FDI,which concludes choices of the industries,choices of the entry modes and location strategy. And then, I try to propose some advances to develop advantageous FDI policy condition.
