The Innovation And Perfection Of System Of The National People's Congress Supervision

It has been 50 years since supervisory system of the People' Congress was established. After the reform and open-door policy was carried out, such supervisory system has developed obviously and so much attention has been devoted to the research on it. But, compared with other state system of our country, the People' Congress supervisory system is still not perfect, with the problems of being too principled, too scattered and lack of operating and systematic quality, while the research on it still falls behind, short of the quality of system and innovation. So it's especially urgent to make theoretical and systematic research on such supervisory system. Firstly, the basic theoretical problems, such as supervising object, basic elements and basic principles, must be researched deeply and carefully to provide theoretical support for the innovation and perfection of the supervisory system of the People' Congress. Secondly, the historical process of the supervisory system of the People' Congress must be explored concretely to provide historical basis for the innovation and perfection of the supervisory system of the People' Congress. Thirdly, the actual situation of the supervisory system of our People' Congress and the successful experiences of western parliamentary supervisory system must be evaluated objectively, the goal of value and model of the innovation and perfection of the supervisory system of the People' Congress must be researched, to provide practical basis, to provide the fundamental orientation for it. Fourthly, following the model of "San Chong Si Ceng Ci" of the supervisory system of the People' Congress, design of the concrete systematic about die innovation and perfection of the supervisory system of the People' Congress must be made to provide systematic support for the practice of the supervisory of the People' Congress.
