Highway Construction Enterprises And Their Project Management Research

There are many management problems existing in the construction enterprises owned by the state nowadays, such as continually growing of operation size and slowly growing of the economic benefits which even going down sometimes. These problems have heavily influenced the competing capability of the enterprises, and endanger the development and survival of the enterprises. Considering the advanced experience of the enterprises inland and abroad, the thesis discussed about the highway construction enterprise and the project management in theory and practice, and bring forward improving measures to the highway construction enterprises especially in Shanxi province.After research of the project management way of the international highway engineering and the management way of current highway construction in our country the thesis put forward ways to establish engineering project management in our country and the management environment for highway construction enterprise. These include the general aim and development aspect for the enterprise management and the special measures for the enterprise development. The thesis did research on the cost management, risk and contract management.
