Combining the western scholar's theoretical research on the Free trade with the specific analysis on the two sides of trade Liberalization policy of the western developed country, the paper analyses the main purpose and the profit rule of the trade liberalization policy of the western developed country, and advances that China's trade policy should be the moderate protection policy which is allowed by the international rules. Firstly, the paper discusses that the trade liberalization policy of the western developed countries has different forms in different periods, different fields and in accordance with different country .the paper emphasizes on the analysis of these forms' specific reflection in the frame of the WTO. Secondly, the paper expounds the main purpose of the developed country's trade liberalization policy is to gain a take of profit to a maximum. Lastly, coping with objective conditions and along with the economic globalization, the paper suggests that China should choose the moderate protection trade policy.
