With the development of global economy, the logistics has been the third profits source. The modern logistics makes the business operation more effective and lower the costs. It promotes the growth of large-scale retail and satisfies the customers' requirement. Trough combining the suppliers, manufacturers and final customers closely, it initiates the development of global manufacture and quickens the pace of globalization. With the development of our economy and information technology, and the requirement of multi-kinds, quick response and personal needs, high quality and low costs have become the developing trend of business operation. Under the condition, developing modern logistics has become the key way of promoting the enterprise's competitive capability. More and more people pay attention to the operation and administration of logistics. Knowledge is power. With the development of society, the tide of knowledge economy changes almost every field of industry. As a production factor, knowledge has entered into each traditional industry. The knowledge economy is a kind of economy on the basis of knowledge. Knowledge is strategic source of enterprise and knowledge administration is strategic response to the new situation. Being the obstacle of development, the old administrative model has been more and more unsuitable and would be kicked out of competitive market. So the problem of how modern enterprises protect themselves and develop themselves has become a very important thing. As for the meaning of this thesis, it may cause people realize the importance of knowledge administration, understand the contents, meaning, goal, system of knowledge administration so as to put the knowledge administration into practice to improve the competitive capability, maximize the profits and minimize the expenses. And high-qualified human resources will render services for the society.In this thesis, through the interpretation and introduction of origins, meanings and contents of logistics, it makes people get to know the logistics and logistics corporation. And then it introduces the meaning, distribution, contents and characteristics of knowledge and knowledge administration, and it further describes the changes of logistics in knowledge society. And then puts forward the knowledge administration structure: human resource administration, organizational administration, informationtechnology administration, the cultural creation of logistics corporation and cooperative net administration. Finally, through the author's own experience of working in logistics business, explains the importance of knowledge administration in logistics corporation.
