Finally, to carry out a controlling capital which can guarantee the bauxite continual developmentThere is theoretical and practical research importance in this thesis: Firstly, the entry of China to WTO will change a new mining management mode, the improvements will stimulate the people to further release theirmind and to decrease the ore capital and deal expenses. Secondly, through doing research on self-mining an organic-whole management mode with mining features and oriented with market, new management mode can be achieved under our socialist market economy. Finally, the conclusion can be made for the changing of the mining management mode after carrying out the open & reform policy of the foreign mining management mode so as to further analyze the problem, find out the difference and formulate the relevant policy.
