Competitive Intelligence System Based On Information Integration Development And Construction

With further development of enterprises' information construction application, a lot of problems to be solved immediately occurred. Now many companies have realized that the disperse of internal information and lack of competitive intelligence system application instruction have caused a lot of inconveniences during their decision making process. Aiming at solving the problems mentioned above, this paper firstly states the definition of information integration and competitive intelligence system. Secondly the paper discusses the significances, the situation and software related to information integration and competitive intelligence system. Then the paper reveals the relationship between information integration & competitive intelligence system. According to the research, the paper brings forward the proposal of information integration based enterprise competitive intelligence system. From two aspects, namely, theory aspects and application ones, the paper argues the feasibility of the system. Then the paper mainly discusses the scheme of information integration based competitive intelligence system and application approach. Finally the paper designs the blue print of Xingcheng company's competitive intelligence system based on information integration according to the proposal and the company's requirements.
