Schematic Design Of Competitive Intelligence Collection In Bai Yin Jindun Security Company Based On Big Data Environment

With the deep development of social informatization, especially with the rapid development of information technology, such as the mobile internet, cloud computing, internet of things, global data shows explosive growth in the volume of data, human civilization fully entered the era of big data. It is only take advantage of these data, Enterprise may be to obtain the market competitive advantage.This article, I introduced the theoretical of the big data and competitive intelligence, and analyzed the five problems of Bai Yin jindun security company competitive intelligence collection firstly. In the competitive intelligence collection method aspect, the competitive intelligence collection method includes self-summary, direct observation, social survey, the literature review, social network, entrusted to collect, expert advice, spy collection, online snapshot, and reverse engineering. In the competitive intelligence collection technology aspect,the competitive intelligence collection technology includes retrieval technology, web monitoring technology, wed mining technology, online survey technology, and social network technology. In the competitive intelligence collection process aspect, I thought the process contains determine topic, make collection plan, implementation of the collection, summarizing the working achievement, and evaluation and feedback.
