With the economic globalization deepening continuously, more and more enterprises realize that it is very difficult to adapt to complex competitive environment. The enterprises need to set up strategic alliances to increase own competitiveness and adapt to economic globalization. First, the thesis analyzes era background of strategic alliances emerging, sets forth the home and abroad situation of research about strategic alliances, and introduces the game theory. Through analyzing the reasons of development and unsuccessful probability of strategic alliance, it gets the thesis' two objectives. Then, it uses the game theory to analyze the disadvantages of competition between enterprises and two reasons of strategic alliances established, and uses others theory to analyze the advantages of strategic alliance. Still then, it uses game theory to analyze choice of partners, sets up the index system and evaluation model of the strategic alliance choice of partners, and studies the choice problem of strategic alliance organization. Again, it studies strategic alliance partnerships, analyzes primarily partnerships risks and opportunistic behavior. It sets forth the partnership management from five aspects: culture coordination, communications between partners, information share, alliance trust and benefits distribution. Finally, it uses YueJin Motor Group Corporation case study to analyze strategic alliance practice, and puts forward some problems that state-owned enterprises establishing strategic alliance should take into account.
