At present, the condition of rebulding city-villages is basicly ready. First, both collective economy and individual economy have developed following the city economy, and they reach a certain level. Second the financial strenghth of zhengzhou strengthens. Third, the corresponding policy is guaranteed. Fourth, the pulling action of zhengzhou's economy keeps on developing.Rebuilding has just started throughout our country. Guangzhou , Zhuhai, Shenzhen and so on have accumulated some good experiences. Zhengzhou also has done some research and has put up with some very typical methods. As a result of the influence of the economic benefit, people's ideas, political laws and the cost of rebuilding, many predicaments occurred, which impediment the rebuilding.The rebuilding of city-village should seek methods from the causes, and overcome the problems existing in city-villages; and find ways from restrictive factors and break the predicament. Since city and country dual-management-systen is the original where city-villages comes into being, we should be creative in the system, practice a sole-management, carry out creation from many aspects such as land, household, economic system, managing system etc, and clear up systematic obstacles.
