The Research Of The Interest Contradictions In Integrating Village Into City Community Of H Cun Village In Zhengzhou

The transformation of integrating scattered villages into urban communities as a new type of urbanization in Zhengzhou began in 2012.The difference between urban village renovation and shantytowns transformation is that the transformation of integrating scattered villages into urban communities skips the specific stage of urban villages in the process of urban development,and directly integrate the traditional villages into urban communities with completed facilities,this type of development belongs to the "beyond evolution ".The existing sociological research of the transformation of integrating scattered villages into urban communities wrote by domestic scholars focuses on the present situation,the subject of participation and the latent conflict.all these belong to the immediacy analysis,but lacks the longitudinal analysis of the whole process.This paper takes H Cun Village in Zhengzhou,Henan Province as a case,and examines the interest contradiction arising from H Cun Village in the whole process of integrating H Cun villages into urban communities.This process was continuous originally,but it broke down because of the problem of enterprise capital,which made the interest contradiction in this process more complicated and special.Different from the similar research,this paper not only puts the rational action of each interest subject under the system background such as the principle and policy,but also pays more attention to the subjectivity of each interest subject to carry out rational action for the specific interest demand,combine the “Structural-Institutional Analysis”and the“Process-Event Analysis”(or“Pratical Sociology”)together.In this way,this paper could be more represented comprehensive characteristics of Sociologism of "both of seeing trees and forests ".This paper is composed of introduction and five chapters,each chapter is divided according to the interest subject,the chapter is arranged according to the sequence of action taken by the interest subjects.The introduction part explains the research question,the research method and reviewd the existing researches.In the firstchapter,discuss the origin of the interest contradiction in the process of integrating H Cun villages into urban community,briefly explains the basic situation before H Cun took part in the integration,explains in detail the cause and the process of H Cun took part in the integration,as well as the interest subjects and their's interests.The second chapter discusses the interest contradiction between the H Cun Village Committee and the JK Park Management Committee,including the particularity and universality of the resettlement standard and the floor area ratio of the commercial district at the replacement location should be whether high or low.The third chapter discusses the interest contradiction between H Cun villagers and TD company,including the compensation for relocation should be more or less,how to deal with the tombs without the person in charge," quality bottom line " and " cost upper limit " of the resettlement house,some villagers want to get "the second compensation " and the interest contradiction which envinced that villagers don't want to move into the resettlemnt house.The fourth chapter discuss the interests contradiction between the government and the enterprise,including the interests contradiction between the Y street office and the GM company and the interests contradiction between the JK Park Management Committee and the TD company.The fifth chapter discusses the course of action whch between two enterprises use rumors as a means to compete for the develop main body.In the conclusion,it answers what are interest contradictions in the process of integrating the H Cun village into the urban community,what causes these interest contradictions,and these interest contradictions how to be solved.This paper has found that the villagers and the village committees representing their interests take rational action to maximize the economic benefits,which are manifested in the settlement of transitional fees,compensation for demolition and housing.The process of integrating H Cun village into urban community still is the mode of urbanization which set the land and capita at the first positon and the industry and incoming of villagers lag behind.The resettlement house can't realize the productive function which was played by the land at first.The life style will transform but the means of living have not been improved correspondingly,these three reasons have led to the contradiction of interests between the villagers and the village committee and other interests.These conflicts of interest have been solvedthrough the way of villagers' compromise,enterprise's compromise and commitment,but the contradiction of which have the representation of " villagers don't want to relocate into the resettlemnt house" has not been solved yet.The two enterprises involved in the process of integrate H Cun village into urban community have different interests because of their different ways of operation and profit-making.Y street office and the JK park management committee,as the basic-level,implent the principles and policies set by the superior government's,use specific technical means to deal with interest contradictions,but have always taken rational action in the contradiction of "fairness" and "efficiency "," improving people's livelihood" and "developing economy" and maintained the balance of interests between other subjects.
