Yumen Petroleum Administration Bureau Machinery Manufacturing Plant (abbreviated as YPMMP ) has been grown into a professional production equipment manufacturer servicing for three main markets as world-oriented , domestic and our own Bureau , after more than 60years of hard struggle and sustainable development. Our Plant experienced the transition from the planned economy to social market economy, and the stage turning direction from extensive management to intensive one. With the gradual establishment of social market management and trends of economy globalization, also with the implementation of modern enterprise management, some problems, such as inflexible system, outdated products , shortage of talented professionals and finance deficit , and ect. , have been shown one after another .Firstly, the dissertation starts with background of the object studied, analyzing current management status of YPMMP's, based on such aspects as product technical composition, production equipment and human resources structure, market and management as well, and this dissertation puts forward research objective, information sources and basic methods.Secondly, it analyses main competing opponents and competing market, also makes analysis on the challenge and vision of this line. On the point of competing strategy, it makes analysis on strategy structure of the enterprise, raises the points like three management strategies, taking environment as basic point, product and market structure as foundation, as well as knowledge as core. Thirdly, the dissertation puts forwards the point of advantages focus, starting with enterprise management strategy, the mindset of YPMMP should be like following as winning by speciality and fast reaction, filling vacancy, flexible and high efficient operation, and enhancing cooperation, as well as winning by being united. Meanwhile, the main development strategy for YPMMP is established in three parts as cost leading, technical innovation and international management, this dissertation puts forward the direction for this enterprise's future.Finally, this dissertation sets forth the enterprise type transition and organization building of YPMMP, based on the advantage, opportunity and stock holding system reform and relevant measures, as well as dominant work having to be done. It also states so many existing issues and also gives out the counter measures to those issues of YPMMP, starting with these aspects as marketing, funds, product structure and some issues inherited from history.
