"coordination Game" - The Resolution, The Theory Of "9.11" Of Russian-us Energy Cooperation

This dissertation, by applying the dialectical materialist way of thinking, together with the neo-realist theory, first analyses the actual foundation (inner reasons) and the expectation of mutual interest (outer reasons) of the setting-up and development of the energy cooperation between Russia and the U.S. and thus judges the quality of the energy relationship to be cooperative. And then, based upon this qualitative analysis, this dissertation discusses the quantity of the energy cooperation, that is, the degree of the cooperation, and comes to the conclusion that the energy cooperation is quite limited.In the last chapter, this dissertation makes a further theoretical analysis and explanation of the energy cooperation's quality and quantity with the theory of "the coordinative game".In the "ending" part, this dissertation, after a macroscopic analysis of the background, condition and process of the energy cooperation, summarizes the basic characteristic of the cooperative relations between the two countries and with analogism makes the summing-up general.
