Appliances Circulation Of Innovative Research

Since the year of 2000 the household electrical appliance of China has entered the era of low-profit. The situation of this market has changed greatly and the trade of household electrical appliance line has become more and more important. After entering WTO, China is to be the important market for the international commercial corporation. So it is urgent for the traditional household electrical appliance line of China to innovate itself by the newest E-commerce, thus to quickly become an line union of all over China, which can lower the trade cost,raise working efficiency and speedily respond the requirement of the market, to have an advantage in compete.By reviewing the twenty-year development of the household electrical appliance line of China, this paper analyses the status quo of the line and put forward the exiting questions and challenges of the industry. The first is the serious challenge of the international competition after entering WTO. The second is the abnormal relationship of the production and marketing. The third is the multi-conflict of the circulation of the industry. The last is the challenge of the information technology such as E-commerce. According to these problems, the paper put out the basic ideas of how to set a new circulation system of the line of the household electrical appliance which including the following: (1) to establish the union of the production and marketing based on the relationship of the supply and demand; (2) to establish the relationship between E-commerce and logistics; (3) to establish the relationship of competition and cooperation in perfect order.In the last part of the paper, according to the background of the project of "E-commerce and Modern Logistics System Framework", which is the "10th-Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological project, it describes and analyses the situation of the new supply and demand system of electrical appliance line, the E-commerce and modern logistics. It proves that in the condition of present China, it should establish the group management system based on supply-demand chain by researching and renovating the idea of management thus to improve the profit and competition ability of the whole line which is the reasonable.
