Through analysis of the telecom academe's knowledge management status quo, including telecom academe's characteristics, knowledge management building course and its implementation effects, some problems are found existing in the knowledge management system. Then, this thesis puts forward the target of telecom academe's knowledge management building, 5 key factors to implement the knowledge management successfully, as well as 4 aspects that should be involved in the telecom academe's knowledge management building. Finally, a appropriate solution is proposed for telecom academe's knowledge management system. The integrated solution focuses on 5 key elements: 1. The knowledge management system implementation should start with the coded strategy, and then integrate the core part —personal strategy. In this way an integrated strategy is formed and put into practice to extend the knowledge management; 2.Establishing the organization structure suitable for the knowledge management, that is, the 3-grade knowledge management organization structure: dean of knowledge management, department of knowledge management, knowledge assistant of service department. Detail responsibilities of each grade is described in the thesis; 3. Setting up knowledge map, 5 key tasks must be finished to make a good knowledge map; 4.Keepig on perfecting the knowledge management platform system, merging it into the enterprise management and its running flow, turning it into a part of the management system; 5.Telecom academe should establish the enterprise culture of "Studys Cooperation, Open minded^Innovation^ Acceptance". Through setting up and perfecting all kinds of mechanism, the telecom academe's enterprise culture core notion will root in the telecom academe's members, burgeoning and shooting up. And this would become the headspring to maintain the organization core competition which would never drying up.
