As the principal body of technology innovation and the core value-creator, the high performance of knowledge-employees in Medium-small Enterprises(MSE) is the foundation of the enterprise improvement. While how to appraise and raise their performance is a difficult problem. This paper studies performance appraisal (PA) of the knowledge-employees in medium-small enterprises, aims to set up a PA process which includes index contents choose, index weights evaluate, appraisal methods and appraisal results analysis, to identify, appraise and improve the employee performance effectively.This paper includes 6 parts: The first part is foreword, puts forward the intention and contents of this paper by analyzing the study background and introduction of PA; The second part analyzes the PA application in High-tech MSE and concludes the main problem of PA; The third part constructs a PA index system of knowledge-employee by combining MBO and BSC methods, and adjusts the index weights by using the grey association analysis method; The forth part evaluates the performance of knowledge-employee by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method,...
