Continuous Distribution Of Cash And Stock Investment Value Of Empirical Analysis

The three major financial activities of listed companies can be classified as investment, fund raising and profit distribution, and dividend policy is a key aspect of profit distribution.The theme of this thesis is to analyze the status of cash dividend and investment value concerning continuous cash distribution.More specifically, the thesis is consisted of four parts:Part Ⅰ: Review of theory of dividend policy.Part Ⅱ: Current status of cash dividend, of domestic listed corporations.Part Ⅲ: Positive analyzing on continuous cash distribution and stock investment values.Part Ⅳ: Conclusions and. suggestions. This part is to draw some temporary conclusions based on the above analysis, and provide some suggestions in view of protecting benefits of investors, defending the healthy development of stock markets.
