| With the growing competition of the world market, we have to make the best product that satisfied customers in the lowest cost. How to build up agile production system, how to reengineering production process, how to plan production and how to schedule it are the questions we must faced in the competition. Planning and scheduling are the key problem to make production more efficient, more flexible and more reliable in a workshop. The efficient planning and scheduling method and technology are becoming the bases of advanced manufacturing technology. Therefore the paper discusses and develops the workshop planning and scheduling system for enterprises of batch production type in integrated environment on the basis of XAEC's information project.Firstly, the existing style of management is analyzed and the defects of it are improved. Then production planning which based on the scale of workshop and its section is introduced.Planning and scheduling is one of the most complicated and important parts of management system in a workshop. In the paper, we use IDEF0 and IDEF1X to design the function and information models of the management system. The key algorithm of the planning and scheduling is based on optimizing idea. It solves the problem occurred in the process of making production plan in the workshop, reaches a good balance between the demand and the requirement of the capability of the equipment, and reduces the production cost.Simultaneously, from the point of engineering realization of the production planning and scheduling system, we divided the system into several functional modules. Delphi 6.0 is used as the desktop tool in clients, and Oracle 8.16 is used as the database management system in server.Finally, the paper discusses and analyses the result, presents the idea to improve the system.The No.32 workshop of XAEC has put into use the planning and scheduling management information system and greatly increased the efficiency of work. |
