The tourist industry regarded as the gold-mining business is becoming one of the world largest industries that have made great contribution to the world economy. The development of the china's tourist industry is not exception, moreover, as one most part of china's tourist industry, the theme park industry is playing an important role in this industry.In this thesis, we will comprehensively look into the core competence of China's theme park industry competitiveness and discuss the impacts from the each kind of factors of Disney coming into China , which brings the new competitive pattern. Theme park is a new type of industry in China. We will study the China's theme park competitiveness with the OCT paradise as an example.First, we will discuss the key factors of China's theme park competitiveness, such as market factor, decision factor and interior factor and so on.Second, we constitute analytical system of China's theme park competitiveness, including four subsystems: market competitiveness, product innovation competitiveness, management competitiveness and industry energy.Third, on above thesis, we develop an index system of comprehensive evaluation for China's theme park competitiveness. This index system also includes four aspects: market, product innovation, management and industry energy .This evaluation system can apply to not only single theme park, but also the theme park group.At last, we evaluate status of OCT Paradise and come to the conclusion that the evaluation system is feasible and suitable .At the same time, we evaluate status of Disney Park, and compare OCT Paradise competitiveness with Disney Park competitiveness. We find the shortcomings of Oct Paradise competitiveness, and put forward a proposal.
