In order to improve the competitive power and adaptive capacity, a lot of enterprises have been seeking the effective way to raise the productivity and to improve performances. In this thesis we take the management of organization performance as a research object and propose the strategic organization performance management. The main works are as follows:1. Analyze the existing problems in enterprise management and the importance to set a strategic management system.2. Make a comprehensive study of balance score card, including its advantages and shortcomings. Present the basic flow of setting a balance score card.3. Analyze the relationship of enterprise strategy with the management of performances and achievements in detail and present a schematic drawing of strategic enterprise management system of performance and achievements4. On above basis put forward a strategic management system of organization performance for Konka Enterprise Group. Analyze its advantages and existing problems.5.
