Hotels are one of the earliest open professions in our country.Since 1982, 10% hotels of 300 global strong hotels had already enterprise into China.The great majority international hotel management group has already treated Chinese market as the group strategic target that is the most important target in the future development. Therefore, how to raise the competition ability for our hotels has become the common concern problem for the hotel personage. The core ability or other ability of hotels, is it how to carry out? The writer thinks, ability must pass the process to carry out,if they have no certain process, does the ability have the function? So the research of competition ability, has already valuably arrived to give a new life for time of this basic link of process. The writer thinks that the process of our hotels copies the manufacturing industry transplantation for long time.Ever it,for the hotel from the experience the reception to science management is positive effect.But, regardless from the industry characteristic of the hotel oneself, practicing the result, or today's social existence condition , the business process redesign of the our hotels is already a neglect topic . 1. Basic disciplines and analytical approaches This text is founded on the business process redesign theory that the Hammer and Qianpy drawn out.That theory put forward in the United States what caused to manage the second-time revolution history, it broke the limit of traditional management theories, put forward the business enterprise to pass to reshuffle the homework process from the all new angle, and adapted the way of thinking of the economy environment that the modern changes quickly. 2.Theme ,Structure and Main idea Chapter 1 The necessity of our hotels carries on the process redesign . This chapter introduces the textual theory foundation, and do a cultural heritage overview of synopsis to the topic that the thesis involve,then put forward the textual topic thought. Chapter 2 The problems were in process of our hotels. This chapter mainly inquiries from three angles such as competition, hotel and customer to carry on the process redesign inevitability in our hotels. (1)The management of"small and whole", thus causes the heavy burden of the hotel; (2)" Pyramid" organization structure, causes the organization circulate the efficiency lowly; (3)The business process of" the business enterprise is the center", is not reasionable to use persons Chapter 3 A non-nuclear pack outsoures to ease the burden of the management . According to a the first problem put forward before, pass to wrap to the business outside of say all, the analysis core business within the hotel with non-nuclear heart business, definit the business that outside wrap, strengthen to help to make the contact, analyzed to guard against to the latent risk finally, in order to real attain the purpose of the outsouring.
