Oil is a very important global strategy resource. It is very important to the development of modem economy. In the past decades, China's fast development followed by huge consume of oil. For the future economic growth, no doubt oil will become the bottleneck of China's economic development Since the end of 90s, international oil price went on rising, and the world rubbing cases related with oil are increasing. China's large import of oil arouses high concern outside and inside the country. Follow that, Chinese oil problem becomes a very important subject to research. Can China supply oil itself? How much will be the oil gap of supply and demand? Can world oil market make up the oil gap? Can China's import of oil raise the international oil price and arouse international friction? This article is to analyze the above difficult problems systematically and explain them fundamentally by a large amount of data analysis and rational thinking. The main content including:Firstly, took international oil market as background, started with the oil supply and demand analysis of China, combined with the international authorized oil research institution predict data, the author objectively analyzed the current situation and the future trend of Chinese oil market He minks that domestic oil resource supply cannot meet the need of fast increasing demand. In the future 3 decades the supply-demand gap of oil will increase year by year, and the amount of the gap is huge. Based on that, the author comparatively analyzes the possible ways to solve the conflict of Chinese oil supply-demand gap, and he thinks that China should import oil from abroad as much as possible. He thinks that Chinese oil resource should be collocated globally.Secondly, with the analysis of the current situation and the prediction of future trend of Chinese economic growth and global supply-demand of oil, the author demonstrates two essential conditions of the global collocation of Chinese oil: weare capable to pay for a large amount import of oil; in the next decades, global oil supply and demand will keep balance on the whole and can satisfy the need of Chinese oil import After analysis, the author makes a conclusion that the global collocation of Chinese oil will arouse to problems: it will become the important factor to raise the world oil price; and it will become the important factor to change the world oil consumption pattern and increase international friction.Thirdly, to sum up China's oil problem and find out that there is three oil problems facing China. The most basic problem is that the oil resource China owns is too little; it cannot satisfy the oil need of economic growth and China's oil resource should be collocated globally. The second problem is that when China import large amount of oil, the international oil price will rise up and violently fluctuate. The last problem is that the global collocation of Chinese oil will increase international friction, and it will do harm to a stable and favorable international environmentAt last, the author proposes several thinking to solve China's oil problems: take the leap-type Chinese petroleum consumption road; launch oil strategic cooperation actively; the country goes ahead, enterprises follow up.
