Since the 1980s', the study of enterprise crisis was attached much importance by business and scholars. Facing the fact that some world-famous enterprises have been involved into decline and failure because of strategic crisis, western traditional strategic managerial theory was at a loss, its authority and effectiveness met severe challenge. On the basis of the looking back at the course of the western enterprise strategic theory systemically, the author analyzes three defects of the theory and points out that the western enterprise strategic theory was one kind of expansion theory essentially, the neglect to the security interests was the fundamental reason for western enterprise strategic theory not be able to cope with the enterprise strategic crisis. In view of this, the author holds the idea that the cognition of enterprise strategic interests must bring about the transform from unified model to the "expansion-security" dualistic model, introduces the concept of enterprise strategic security and the MCCLERS model, which analyzes and appraises the enterprise strategic security. With this model, this paper studies the forming mechanism and guiding factors of the crisis, sets forth the radical thought and task of strategic crisis precaution, and introduces the strategic defense system and tactical precaution system, which formed the core of the enterprise crisis defense mechanism. The author indicated that business strategic security analysis was the foundation of constructing business crisis defense mechanism, formulating and carrying out security stately is the radical means guarding against strategy crisis. Meanwhile, The author also studies the applying terms of financial quota precaution and mathematical statistics model defense system, emphasizing that its effect should not be overestimated.
