Study On The Content Management Solution

On the basis of summarizing some existing content management solutions, this paper puts forward a relatively integrative content management solution. Its integrality represents in two aspects: First, it is the fullness in the horizontal direction, this content management solution can offer to users a platform that can manage the whole procedure of content from imagining, creating, to comment and approval, releasing and filing; Second, it is the fullness in the vertical direction, this content management solution can offer different level applications to different users through assembling components in different layers.This paper is a preliminary design for the content management solution, which is designed on the basis of object-oriented method and is realized by using Java and JSP. The solution has layer structure, which divided into four. They are database and service layer, interface layer, client layer, and application layer.This paper narrates goal, function, performance, and engineering of this solution. It analyses the public foundation of each application in the solution and explains some key conceptions in content management. Enterprise document management system is particularly described in this paper. Finally, this paper realizes an actual project by use of the content management solution, at the same time the project also examines its adaptability and usability and helps to point out its improvementThis paper does not describe digital resource management system and website content management system in detail, as is the part needing be studied further.
