Marketing is a business activity to increase the values of consumers and enterprises, and satisfy the society and staff by recognizing the market, creating and fulfilling the consumer's needs. Modern marketing is a four win "game" by making profits for the business, creating values for consumers,creating opportunities for employees and benefiting the society.This paper discusses the success of China Mingsheng Bank's development by case analyzing method and examines China Mingsheng Bank's marketing innovations and practices based on the writer's own experiences. It also states the importance of innovation in bank marketing practices.There are many successful methods and practices in the development of China Mingsheng Bank, one of which is to sell products by innovative bank marketing practices. This article states the importance of marketing in the surviving and development of enterprises by researching and examining the new notions of marketing, innovative practices and special methods of marketing in China Mingsheng Bank.The paper covers the following six topics: (1)The features and innovations of bank marketing; (2)the innovative marking practices in the bank's target market; (3)the innovations of bank products; (4)the innovations of bank services; (5)the innovations of marketing organizational structure and innovation of the marketing methods, (6)the innovation of the bank's incentive programs.
