Railway Hotel Performance Evaluation Mode Of Thinking

In order to realize the great-leap-forward development, the railway system is further separating the auxiliary services from the major service and reforming the auxiliary services to promote the economic benefit and improve the level of management. In this dissertation, the performance review of railway hotels is taken as an example to evaluate the operating result of each railway hotel and to analyze the internal and external factors for rewards and punishments on the basis of confirming the operation objectives of different railway hotels. The design principles and indicators for the guiding principles of railway hotels are analyzed in accordance with the hotel performance review system established since 1997 and the knowledge and practical experience of mine. The dissertation is divided into six parts. In the first part, the purpose of this dissertation is made clear, and the general structure, the background of railway hotels as well as the significance of performance review research are also introduced. In the second part, the background and history of performance review system establishment by the railway system are analyzed. In the third part, the guiding ideology and fundamental purpose of performance review of railway hotels are introduced and the performance review quota system is planned as a whole to render the general plan of modular design. In the fourth part, the performance review system is determined by applying the railway group development strategy, railway hotels are analyzed by using the performance review indicators and the theory of development strategy, and related principle for the review are selected. In the fifth part, theories of different plates are analyzed and selected, the content and essentials of review are set, and the application of performance review results is discussed in depth. Finally, the problems during the course of performance review of railway hotels are pointed out, and some proposals are made aiming at the practical situation. It hopes for further the separation of auxiliary services from the major service and reform of the auxiliary services during the great-leap-forward development of the railway system.
