Xinjiang Oilfield Drilling Company Development Strategy

Since the reform and opening in China, in order to adapt the requirement of national macroeconomic construction and the economic development of corporation, the system reform and measure of strategic development in all trades and professions have being continuously changed and adjusted. Petroleum industry is one of the most important basic energy industries in China. The drilling company of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau has been working in the first big oil field, namely KARAMAY oil field since new China was founded. Nowadays, its system reform and construction must be on the way for itself.Through analysis of social environment,its profession environment and its internal environment,and together its actual state,this paper draw up out future strategic target and measures and steps of the development of the drilling company of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau in the area of engineering technology services of exploration and development of petroleum. In the article, it lays special stress on analyzing and describing the three respects of the development strategy such as the management promotion of corporation, action marketing and human resource management. And combining the present problem of the company, the author puts forward current idea of the reform and evolution for the drilling company. The marketing strategy mainly analyzes the works done by the company from both sides of service and the marketing. The human resource management strategy mainly tells the company why and how to establish system in the respects of selecting, developing and appraising persons, and the mechanism of examination and incentives.Make sure the company can get the human resource, which fits, for its development.The management promotion strategy mainly analyzes the conversion of management manner in the drilling industry namely the drilling crew. By adoption of international project management practice, the company can match international standards in management, and its Bushiness Process Reengiiling (BPR) promotes its management.The analysis and investigation in this article is based on my learning of knowledge and combining the fact of the drilling company of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau. I hope it has instructive influence on the company's actual work.
