Corporate Iso 9000 Quality Management System Certification

The ISO 9000 family of standards was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1994. It has become an international standard in quality management and assurance. It is not limited by any area and economic department. It can be applied by any type and any size of organization and improve the understanding and trust in domestic and international trades. It has positive impacts on eliminating trade barrier and improving product quality and satisfaction of customers.Quality attestation, especially quality system attestation has got unparalleled development since the creation of ISO 9000 series. After joining in WTO, most corporations in China have more challenges, chances and risks. In order to reinforce the management and improve product quality and to ensure the success, I was named the head to establish ISO 9000 quality management system for my company. Attestation of ISO 9002 quality management system was got successfully at the end of 2001. Our company passed the supervision audit every year thereafter. I also got the national registered practice auditor of quality management system, and the register number is: 2003-0-NQ7190.My own opinions were proposed based on the summaries of personal experiences in my work: (1) To organize a leader group for quality system attestation, to emphasize on the importance of the work, and to make sure the work will be done; (2) To prepare the follow steps: planning - training - documenting - document implementing - first internal audit - second internal audit-management review - audit simulation (all these stages were explained in details); (3) To combine ISO 9000 standards with our actual situations and to give the correct positions of products; (4) Documents should be based on actual situation, easy to read, meet the request for document control and can be coordinated and implemented; (5) To keep the record during implementing and to confirm the applicability.Since internal quality management system audit is a very import step for attestation of quality management system for corporation, my own opinions wereproposed based on practical experiences on internal audit procedure, method and requirements: (1) Details on internal audit steps and notices; (2) Practically determine the purpose, area, basis, and the time and frequency of audit; (3) Details and examples on internal audit plan, examine table, report on disqualification, audit report, annual audit report; (4) Notice on spot audit; (5) How to summarize and analyze the audit results; (6) To distinguish and compare Management Review with Quality Management System Audit in table.Documenting is a very important step in preparing attestation of ISO 9000 management system. A company has to document based on its own situations and the documents are different for different companies. I studied the Documenting and attached the Quality Manual of our company based on personal experience on attestation of quality management system for our company.Obvious social and economical benefits have been achieved after these work: Internal quality management was strengthened, product qualities were improved, and company benefits were improved; Confidence, satisfaction, and benefit of customers were improved; Competitive ability of our company was improved and market was enlarged; Costs were saved and more and larger engineering projects were got: Large residence areas, e.g., Green City of Yi Yang, Xiang Ge Li La, Garden of Four Seasons, Zhong Hai Ming Cheng; Gush filling engineering, e.g., San Huan Road Intersection on Cheng Yu Highway; Business building, e.g., Jingzuo Building; Top grade villa, e.g., Spring of Cao Tang; Good economical benefits were got, and our company has become large-amount taxpayer in Chengdu; Higher social credits were got as well.
