This essay is an attempt to make an analysis on the internal trading circumstances and external competition situations of the steel trading companies, and thus to probe into the way for them to make development.This essay divided into nine parts. The first and second parts are preface and abstract of the essay. The third part is the intent of the case study and its practical significance. The fourth part is the method of the case survey. In this part, we give our method of collecting data, that is how we acquire the first and second-hand information. The fifth part is the presentation of our research result and in this part we give readers sufficient background information of the company and the industry. The sixth part is the cast analysis. In this part, we use many analyzing tools to analyze the industry in order to acquire genuine information and find out the solving plan. The seventh part gives conclusions and suggestions. The last two parts are deficiency and reference literature of the essay respectively.
