Quantitative methods, along with qualitative methods were used to analyze the effect of collaborative forecasting on supply chain performance on the condition of E-Business. With the advent and boom of E-Business, changes have taken place in supply chain management. Afterwards, the changes were proposed to try to clarify that the topic of this dissertation is of sufficient importance to be carried out. On the basis of what was mentioned, the effect of collaborative forecasting in a supply chain was quantified where two retailers and a supplier form the supply chain. 4.65% decrease in the overall cost of the supply chain was reported. And the managerial insights that the supplier should choose the members whose target market is different enough to carry out CF, was also presented. 6.02% and 5.96% decrease of overall cost was worked out in another supply chain model, which was made up of two retailers, one virtual store and A supplier. In addition, the virtual store should pay much attention to exploit new demand based on online shopping. How to put CPFR into practice was discussed in the end.
