The word situation has changed a lot during the practice of reform and opening-up policies for two decades.That means the economy of those developed countries are built on more and more knowledge and information,which are considered the generator of production efficiency and economic increase.Thus,nowadays,intellective personnel are playing a more and more important role in promoting intellectuanl economy.While administration for intellective personnel has become more and more important,the kernel task is how to stimulate effectively the intellective personnel so that they can create maximum values.This dissertation is planned to research on the effective stimulation for intellective personnel with such a background.The first chapter of this dissertation focuses on analyzing the characteristics of intellective personnel,which are divided into three parts.Firstly,this part examines the characteristics of intellective personnel in the background of intellectual economy.The analysis demonstrates that there is much distinctive difference between intellective personnel and those of other types in the perspectives of job character,human hypothesis,and individual character.The second chapter of the dissertation analyzes the principle of stimulating the intellective personnel.This dissertation mainly summarizes the stimulative theories from the perspective of administration,which are divided into two typesxontent-based theory and process-based theory.Besides,finally,this chapter analyzes the enlightment of the different intellective personnel simulation theries.The third chapter of this dissertation notes the stipend simulation for intellective personnel.In the second part of this chapter, the shortage in stipend stimulation for intellective personnel is analyzed.lt includes that the overall satisfaction for stipend is rather low,the structure of stipend is not reasonable,the standard for stipend simulation is not related with marketability,the effects of stimulation in the long-run is not distinctive,and the stimulative mechanism lacks creativity.Therefore,the third part of this chapter focus on this newly emerged type of stimulative stipend.After that,this part examines the stimulative nature of stock with option and the stimulative characteristics of stock with option,then propose a new design for stock with option stimulin.In the final part of this dissertation,an specific case in stipend stimulation is analyzed by applying the stated theories.This dissertation is characterized by placing intellective personnel into the contemporary background of intellectual economy.On the basis of summarizing the demonstrative research achievements by those Chinese scholars,I points out that the dominant factor for the intellective personnel stimulation is stipend stimulation.
