China Third-party Logistics Obstacles To Development And Its Countermeasures Research

With the increasing development of the commodity of production scale and circulation, the importance of logistics is becoming more obvious in the middle of 20 century. Especially under the society and the business enterprise's objective request, the third party logistics (TPL) increasingly becomes the main current and is called "the gold industry" of 21century. Since TPL came into China in 1990s, it has got the fast and fierce development, but the scale of logistics industry is still in the early stage. The reasons are as follows in China: one is that the level of economics development is still low; another is that some factors put off the development of TPL. The paper tries to make a new explanation to the above reasons on the analysis methodology of economics.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part analyzes the concept and character of TPL, and explains the forming mechanism of TPL by the methodology of microeconomics and new classical economics.The second part analyzes the market condition of TPL, which includes market capacity, market formation, market character and market main demanders & suppliers. What's important, the second part also explains the condition of logistics industry organization.The third part analyzes the reasons that put off the development of TPL. It mainly expounds the obstacle to the development of TPL.The fourth part provides some constructive suggestions of TPL development, and mainly puts forward some countermeasure to the problem in the development course of TPL. The fifth part is a simple conclusion.
