Study Of Public Policy Oversight Mechanism

With development of political democracy of socialism and improvement ofpublic administration, public policy implementation has been an important tool for thegovernment to carry out public administration. Meanwhile, the request of enforcingthe supervision of public policy implementation is more and more urgent. It reflectsthe improvement of democratic consciousness of people, on the other hand, it bringschallenges to the original institution of public policy implementation.Public policy implementation is a complicated topic, which has the commonfeatures of supervision, and has its unique features. From the essence of public policyimplementation, the author analyses the principles and functions of supervision ofpublic policy implementation. On the basis of the theory, the author analyses thereasons of "weak supervision"in China, and corresponding institutional measures areintroduced to solve these problems.The characteristic of the issue is to take supervision of public policyimplementation as the topic, which combine the theories of public policy andsupervision, from a new angle of view, as being creative to the theory.
