Institutional cooperation in East Asia has been accelerated since the late 1990's, the Asia financial crisis in 1997 has further promoted the intension of speeding up regional economic cooperation among East Asia countries and regions. China got the entrance ticket for the internationalization after WTO entry in 2001. The change of external environment and internal real demand increase has objectively required that China should make re-orientation for the strategy of opening to the outside and regional policy. The article starts with the research of trade structure, and gives a compare analysis of trade relationship among nations in East Asia as well as a cost analysis of East Asia's Free Trade Area and brings forward a general thought on East Asia regional cooperation.The article consists of four chapters. The first chapter will explain the conception of East Asia, and know about the long time of the cooperation of East Asia. In the second chapter, I will analyze the cause of internal and external environment and point up the common demands of East Asia countries. In the third chapter I will analyze the role of some important counties, for example China and Japan, in the cooperation. And analyze America, the most important country in the world, it's role in the East Asia cooperation. In conclusion, the fourth chapter, I will give some supports to China's election in the cooperation of East Asia.
