Along with the reform, the geology exploration unit are carrying on the business enterprise reform to the request of perfect market economy system of our country with many industry units that ran under the planned economy system before being independence to the government according to the principle of "clear ownership, explicit responsibility, government and business enterprise separation, scientific management ".Affected by the planned economy system the management of the geology exploration business enterprise especially human resource idea is falling behind. Performance management as the core of the human resource management can't keep up with the demand of modern management and has already become one of the important obstacles in development more and more .The geology exploration business enterprise must strengthen and improve the performance management as soon as possible.The text will carry on the study of the problems of the performance management faced by the geology exploration business enterprise for the realization of strategic target by building up the systematic performance management system. By theories and the management activity research the text based on the systematic and contingency thought discusses how to go up with strategic target, exalt the business enterprise execution ability, keep coordination of each section and each employee. The geology exploration business enterprise should draw up the reasonable target system, complete system of the performance management.The perfect performance investigate is the key content of the performance management, it is inevitable request of the synthesize motivation theories to build up motivation project that keep up with the characteristics of the geology exploration business enterprise. After each performance investigate period, valid performance feedback in time and the performance improvement is necessary for the integrity of the systematic performance management, as a result the performance management can be continuously improved and will really lead all employees' behavior so that to keep consistency of all employees' target and the organization strategic target. The systematic performance management can be sublimated into the corporate culture to establish a learning organization to make all employees stir up potential ability naturally and keep on the development of organization.
