Under the circumstance of knowledge economy, human resource of enterprises has gradually been a key factor to affect and determine organization development, requiring development of human resource to dynamically match with it. As a kind of activity to enhance the level of organization' s human capital, human resource development (HRD) plays a vital role in propelling the dynamic match between human resource and organization development. Based on the above ideas, this paper studies human resource development from the perspective of organization development of enterprises. First, this paper introduces human resource development theories, including features as well as aims of human resource development, and learning theories and human capital theory, which are foundations of human resource development. Then on the basis, it discusses relationship between human resource development and organization development, analyzes requirements of the latter on the former from three aspects of person-position fit, person-organization fit, organization-environment fit, and meanwhile discusses requirements of the former on the latter. And then it puts forward three methods of human resource development based on organization development, including organization-oriented career development, organizational learning and establishment of learning organizations and organization knowledge management. Finally, the paper discusses internal mechanism why the above three aspects can be treated as human resource development methods, and counter measures in real practice.
