The number of worker's spouse labor is very large, especially in State-owner enterprise and its sub collective ownership enterprise. Recently some up-visit and labor-sue are triggered by old man fee and medical fee. If the assurance of the spouse workers can not be handled correctly and efficiently, it may be harmful to the upgrade and balance of the society. To watch closely at their lives and solve their problems is vital to the balance of society, removal of social bias.This essay tries to recall the spouse workers job-history and disclosure of their mental world, so as to display the scene of their lives and try to find the possible causes and solutions , This inquiry into spouse-workers' problems hopes to give concerned administration section strategies and suggestions and call more humanistic concern on this social problem.On the basis of theories of sociology, I'm adopting individual interview and other various methods, taking spouse worker's structures of Gansu province as an example, to show all sorts of contradictions and questions about their living conditional aspects.The framework of the dissertation is as follows:The first part is a general introduction. From the investigation and the interview, it describes their present characteristics and realistic circumstance.The fourth part introduces spouse workers' present conditions and requirements about the social security.The fifth part analyzes the origin about spouse workers. There are many causes about the problem of spouse workers, such as history, economics, and family and so on. These causes inter with each other.The sixth part put forward the strategies and suggestions. First, the concerned administration must establish right management idea; Secondly, the policy of social insures must be increased.
