Accepted By The People Of Migrant Workers In The Process Of Social Research

The peasant worker is the unique social phenomenon which appears in the process of our country's industrialization and urbanization, it follows this process, and will also complete its historical mission along with the realization of industrialization and urbanization ,and then, the peasant workers will be the workers and the residents. So, being residents is the only way to solve the problem of the peasant worker. This article pointed out that, the promotion of the peasant worker's social acceptance is a important step to advances the process of civilization, and, the most current important thing to advance this process is to promote the peasant worker's social acceptance.This article repelled from the analysis of the peasant worker's social exclusion, has promulgated the primary factors which hindrance the peasant worker's social acceptance, including the system of the residence certificate and the systems of employment, social security, education, training and land which were established above the residence certificate system. And this exclusion system also includes the exclusions in psychological, culture and organization, and so on. This article took KunShan city as a case, studied the present situations of the peasant worker's social acceptance in KunShan. Summed up the experience and the lessons, and proposed from macroscopic, center observes and the microscopic to solve the peasant worker's social acceptance, which includes six aspects that need to be dealt with at present. The macroscopic stratification plane is to create the environments which can promote the peasant worker's social acceptance; and to reform the systems and consummate the policies which hindrance the peasant worker's social acceptance. The center observes stratification plane is to display the functions of the trade union, the community, the organizations, and so on, which can provide services to the acceptance of peasant worker, and enhance the peasant worker's strength to maintain their rights. The microscopic stratification plane is to promote the social acceptance between the city residents and the peasant workers, help the peasant worker melt into the city society in psychology and in culture.
