Physical fitness plays an important role in the army, which not onlyis the basic element, but also is the important constituent part of army.Special Forces take on reconnaissance, tackling outburst affairs andtaking arduous task and so on in wartime. The special tasks bring forwardvery strictly request on physical fitness. Studying physical fitness ofSpecial Forces and the battle effectiveness.Through investigation, observation and statistics, this paper made asystematical argument about the characteristics of physical fitness whichhave been possessed by the infantry, described the current situation aboutphysical fitness training, and analyzed the principal problems which haveexisted in the physical fitness training. At last, this paper put forward thereasonable countermeasures on physical fitness training in order tosupply the reference for operations and training section of Special Forcesto make the training regimen.The results show that:First, training structure in Special Forces can not embody fully thecharacteristics of physical fitness which are demanded for the infantry inlanding operation, and the low check standard hindered the enhancementof soldier's enthusiasm.Second, the means and methods adopted in physical fitness trainingare of shortage relatively. The sites and equipments can not meet the needfor training, and can not come up to the demands provided by trainingprogram.Third, the physical fitness of the infantry has showed the exceedingly unbalanced development level. The values of upper limbsstrengthen, the strength of waist and abdomen, the aerobic endurance andso on can reach and surpass the qualified standard. The value of upperlimbs resistant strengthen even surpasses to great extent the full markswhich are provided by military specifications and standards, whereas thevalues of the rapid strength of lower limbs, the speed of displacement, theflexibility and so on have showed low level.Forth, carrying out the training regimen singly according toorganization is one of the main problems which have existed in thephysical fitness training of the infantry. It is fit to enhance the ability incoordination of the whole staff, but is very difficult to meet the need ofphysical training completely.Fifth, means and methods of training in Special Forces can notconcretely prescribe except for time, at the same time, which not onlyhave no system but also have less filed and equipment.Sixth, physical fitness training can be divided intoprobationary, intensi cation and retention. Some mode of post trainingshould be established so as to enhance the ability of teaching and trainingin the sports backbone. To coordinate the relation of all-rounddevelopment and individual education between post and field training.Finally, after three months experimenting, the result shows that, themethod of grading training is more better than traditional training, thelevel of physical fitness of experimental group is more higher thancontrol group.
