The Necessity Of Military Logistical Support And Measures

With the development of military technology, the PLA more and more depended on the logistics and the status and action of logistics are more important than before. In the reformation of new military, one of the important measure in the western countries' military is fully making use of social power and resource. The fact indicates that the degree of social supply of the logistics of the national military is higher and the size of the military entities is smaller.In the recent years, the PLA reformed the system of the logistics, made great efforts to achieve the social supply, constructed modern logistics supply system. The PLA should rely on social market resource, cut and reorganize the system of military logistics, improve the ability of logistics supply, enhance the efficiency of the fee of national defense.This paper used the theory of supply chain management, theory of social deviation and exchange fare, theory of management and economy, and these theories gave the basic theory of military logistics supply. It researched the foreign military, especially the USA military's experiment of logistics social supply. Then the paper discussed the needs and problems of logistics social supply from the history and reform aim of the military logistics. In the end, this paper pointed out how to improve the logistics social supply in seven aspects: enhanced the theory and law construction in logistics social supply, reinforced the base of logistics social supply reform, applied the theory of supply chain management, pushed the third-party logistics, implemented logistics out bid, researched the best way of logistics social supply and optimized logistics purchase.
