The Design Of Military Distribution Supply Chain And The Research On Distribution Model

With the development of information technology, the traditional mechanized warfare has been given new features, and high-tech, high-consumption, high-mobility has gradually become synonymous with modern war. Such transformation requires military logistics to increase the timeliness and effectiveness of material supply. Presently, restrained by the technology of military distribution management, the traditional logistic has to reserve an amount of material in every supply chain. That is to use the quantity to counteract the quality. However, However, such kind of traditional logistics system which depends on mass material reserves is unresponsive, poor reliable, inefficient and costly difficult to manage. To achieve the fundamental goal of "strong support", the smooth and efficient flow of information and real-logistics is necessary, and to rapid, accurate, timely, efficient request of modern warfare for military material supply, the better military logistics system should be set up.In this thesis, firstly the basic theories of military physical distribution and supply chain are introduced. After profoundly analyzing the system, mechanism and operation model of the physical distribution in our army, the present defects and deeper contradictions are found, and several reformative solutions are proposed. Then, focusing on the research of supply chain in military physical distribution, the existing supply chain configuration models are analyzed in details, and several key design concepts are expounded. Under the principle of the design of supply chain in military physical distribution, the supply chain model which ranges from the general programming to partial functions are designed, and several optimizing methods are proposed.As an extension to supply chain in military physical distribution, this thesis also analyzes the configuration condition, objective foundation and effective method of applying the "third party distribution", which is a newly emerged distribution model, to optimize the military physical distribution architecture, and proposes the basic principle, implement method and key procedure of the above application. At last, the present military materials are cluster classified based on the cluster analysis, and according to their military characteristics, these materials are divided into several classes, by which the interfering extent of the "third party distribution" to military physical distribution is determined.The research, in this thesis provides instruction not only for the macro-construction of physical distribution architecture in our army, but also for the specific operation regulation of applying "third party distribution" into our military supply architecture.
