Integration Of Class Interests To Build A Harmonious Society

It explicitly proposed from the angle of strengthening the CPC's ruling ability that the significant target of the CPC's ruling is the construction of a socialist harmonious society in the Fourth Plenary of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC .It is a huge systematic project to construct a socialist harmonious society ,in which conformity with benefits of various strata and reconstruction of new conforming mechanism of stratum benefits are the key to constructing socialist harmonious society currently.The essence of a harmonious society lies in whether balanced benefits can be realized or not . All human's behaviors result from interests .The experience of historical development of human society also indicates that a society lacking harmony originates from the conflicts of interests . In an exploiting class society ,the main manifestation of the conflict of interests is two opposed classes' conflict of interests.In our socialist society ,the interest contradiction and conflicts is the source affecting social harmony.The differentiating and combining advancement of various strata in China conceals the possibility of social conflicts , mainly due to the unbalanced benefit distribution among various strata and the likelihood that the stratum structure might develop into pyramidal pattern.Benefit differentiation must go hand in hand with interest conformity , which is just benefical to social stability and harmony. The current conformity to stratum benefits must take the economical continuing growth as a premise , must take fairness as the core value idea, must construct a contractual confonning mechanism of benefit as the leading one , and then promotes the formation of reasonable stable stratum structure. At length, social harmony and stability will come true.
