From1990s, along with computer`s application and development, the Cyberpolitics have also developed . And as one of the most important researches about network politics, the Cyberpolitics participation has gotten more and more attention from the general scholars. At present the research of Cyberpolitics participation is just at the beginning, The theory about Cyberpolitics participation needs to be consummated and deepped.Here we give the definition of the Cyberpolitics participation : it is the activity that by the help of network, the citizens can express their benefits and intention, and attempt to affect the national decision-making and the behavior. With the combination of the hypothesized and the reality, the theory exploration and the real diagnosis examination, the written material and the on-line material, the paper gives a systematic research of Cyberpolitics participation.
