Development of robot technology provides better technology for the research anddesign of ground nobody combat platform. This paper mainly does some research on thecommand and control system of ground nobody combat platform. Based on this researchand design, a safe,steady,operation simple command and control system software ofground nobody combat platform has been designed.In order to design this software, this paper studied the wireless networkcommunication, the encoding and decoding of DivX, real-time video frequencytransmission and display technology, the electronic map technology based on the mapinfo,digital picture processing technology and so on.This paper mainly completed the jobs as below:◆The general design of the command and control system of ground nobody combatplatform;◆The communication protocol between the robot and the console based onTCP/IP protocol;◆Remote commanding and controlling robot(controlling of moving,video,weaponand so on);◆Extracted movement object based on the improvement of instantaneousdifference algorithm; achieved auxiliary policy-making function which includedtracking the movement object, displaying movement object path and so on.The software developed in the language Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 has completed theground nobody combat platform command and control system software design. The testresult indicated that, this software easy to operate, run stable and reached the designrequirement.
