Citizen-oriented The G2c Mode Administrator Information Sharing

With the developing of the e-government in China, the openness and sharing of governmental information is gradually to be the key focus of public attention.G2C of the e-government is on behalf of the chief of China initial success in the sharing information, however, it is not perfect. The information sharing is still a key problem which is related with the harmony of the government and coexistence of the society.In this paper, the public goods theory, the new public management theory and the third sector theory are introduced. The paper proposes that the producer of government information should be provided diversity to make the society to achieve the great degree of information resources sharing. This paper also analyzes the necessity of government information sharing on the background of cross-subject of the Theoretical Information Sharing and Administration through which suggest the need to reform the system of government and the relative administrative information system to provide public goods. This paper explores the historical process of development in government information sharing also sums up the limitation of it. This paper proposes that the comprehensive research on the sharing of government information should be put in the administrative environment which u nder the background of the theory of the administration.Under the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis, the paper gives the final proposals on the ways and modalities of government information sharing to achieve a win-win harmony of information-sharing between the government and the citizens.
