Promoting the construction of socialist civilization is a significant task our party and society facing in new century and phase. As a good tradition and one kind of social governance mode, ideological and political education, with a view to new practice and development, has a relation with the mission in the certain era. It will also play a crucial important role in the process of constructing socialist political civilization in China.
